    Field Trip Info

    Friday, May 8, 2009
The chaperone to student ratio for field trips is 20:1. This means that for every 20 students, only 1 teacher is allowed to attend the field trip (for every 40 students, only 2 chaperones and so on...) Please note that parents are not included in the ratio. If you send in a field trip request and the chaperone to student ratio is not being met, your field trip will be delayed and/or not approved. Vendors may require another configuration, however district protocol is in place and will not be altered for any reasons such as this. Unless the trip includes SPED classes, please make sure that you are following protocol with regard to the chaperone to student ratio.

The Field Trip Form will be uploaded here soon!
