Phone Directory Old Directory;
The vision of Fairley High School is to be a competitive urban school that produces well-rounded, high-achieving students.
The mission of Fairley High School is "Academic Achievement: #1"
Our #1 Goal is Graduation.
Our #1 Priority is Safety.

Teachers at Fairley follow the 90/90 plus intervention model. The model says that 90 percent of students achieve 90% or higher mastery on objectives before proceeding to new objectives. The remaining 10% (or fewer) of students receive immediate intervention to scaffold their learning to the 90% level or higher. This model was adapted from the 80/80 model.

In order to achieve this 90/90, teachers group their students into two main categories: "A/B" and "not yet." Teachers at Fairley go the extra mile to help their students obliterate the achievement gap.
